Masters are appointed to perform a specific job for the clan (such as overseeing Hunt Hosts and ensuring provision of scheduled hunts), reporting to their Prime when required. Some Masters are permitted to have assistants (such as official Hunt Hosts), but no Master may appoint an assistant without their Prime's approval.
The following list is ordered according to the Council Officials list on the previous page.
Star Primogen:
- oversee clan as a whole
- ensure Tribunal representation
- submit monthly Clan Tribute Reports
- provide final approval (or denial) on applications
- provide and maintain necessary resources (i.e., website)
Emissaries:
- conduct interclan relations within appropriate kingdom
- jointly host rental Riches carnage each month
Star Tracker:
- maintain up-to-date points list
- update points list at least once per month
- maintain records of events, hunts, and meetings
Star Gatherer:
- Oversee all applications from the kingdoms.
Dusk Primarch:
- vote on incoming clan applications
- process applications from potential Guardians
- oversee and lead the Guardians of Twilight
- appoint and oversee Guardian Quartermaster
- be available for Tribunal attendance, when possible
Quartermaster:
- oversee Guardian Administration Staff
- ensure provision of Guardian activities and payment
Dawn Primarch:
- vote on incoming clan applications
- ensure provision of kin activities and quests
- be available for Tribunal attendance, when possible
Huntmaster:
- oversee official Hunt Hosts
- ensure provision of at least 3 clan hunt sessions per week
(scheduled OFH and/or FTS outings)
Events Master:
- oversee official clan event hosting
- ensure provision of at least 3 Kingdom-wide events per month
- ensure provision of at least 3 Kindred-only events per month
- submit monthly event report to Star Primogen
